Al Mustafa Eye Hospital Lahore celebrated Pakistan’s Independence Day with patriotic fervour and enthusiasm at a colourful ceremony organised by Al Mustafa Welfare Trust Pakistan.
The event brought together the hospital’s staff, children and members of the Al Mustafa team to celebrate the nation’s independence and express their love for Pakistan.
The national flag was hoisted by Nazrat Saleem, Managing Director of Al Mustafa Pakistan; Dr Khalid Bin Aslam, Medical Superintendent of Al Mustafa Eye Hospital; and Nawaz Kharal, Head of Media and Public Relations, along with members of the Al Mustafa team.
The ceremony featured a range of activities reflecting the spirit of Independence Day. An Independence Day cake was cut, while participants joined in the national anthem. Children and staff members presented patriotic national songs, adding to the festive atmosphere.
Orphan children also participated by creating a colourful painting reflecting their love for Pakistan. Hafiz-e-Quran children recited verses from the Holy Quran and presented Naat in praise of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
Nazrat Saleem and Nawaz Kharal distributed gifts among the participating children, while attendees expressed their deep affection for Pakistan and renewed their commitment to serving the country and its people.
The ceremony reflected the Al Mustafa team’s spirit of patriotism alongside its longstanding commitment to humanitarian service.
