It was a pleasant day of June, when a colourful reception was organized at Pakistan Farmhouse in Woodstock Maryland, in honour of Congressman Mr Davis Trone. A large number of Pakistanis including Muhammad Usman Noori, Director Al Mustafa Relief Aid, Syed Munir Gilani, Syed Moin Gilani, Hafiz Habibullah, Maulana Tariq Mehmood Jami, Dilawar Hussain Awan, Wasim Sadiq, Munir Ahmed, Kashmiri leader Dr Ghulam Nabi Mir, Anwar Hussain, former senator Dr Khawaja Akbar, Jani Bashir, Ijaz Chattha, Kausar Javed Bol Tv, Khurram Shahzad 92 Tv and people from all walks of life attended the event.

This programme was organized by Majid Hussain Sahi, Gul Sher Sahi, Moazzam Aftab Sahi and Sahi Brothers. “Pakistan Farmhouse” is situated at “At Last Farm” that was established in 1980 by Herscbel Polakoff, where many horses always bring the attention of the visitors. Congressman David Trone said that we need to help community and financially support to less privilege people, there are beautiful horses at Pakistan Farmhouse, Pakistanis are hardworking & successful community, he also appreciated the Pakistani doctors serving in health sector. He said we need to do hard work to control addiction and mental health issues in United State. The Ambassador of Pakistan Sardar Masood Khan said while addressing that he is very happy to visit at Pakistan Farmhouse, Pakistanis are doing hard work here in US and their children also have bright future here. Mr ambassador has said that US is our homeland and Pakistan is our motherland, there are 0.629 million registered Pakistanis but unofficially one million Pakistanis living in US. He said while living in America Pakistani can invest in different sector in their motherland like business, investment etc. Ambassador Masood said, that a high-level delegation will soon visit Pakistan to help in the health sector. Speaking on this occasion Director “Al Mustafa welfare trust” Usman Noori said that Pakistan has strong ties with US, and we have 75 years of friendship with America, we hope that Pakistani Embassy will work hard for the welfare of our community. Mr Sajjad Baloch presented traditional Sindhi cap and Ajrak to Ambassador Masood Khan, while Pakistani cuisine also served the occasion.
